A presenter has escapes being crushed by background of popular Nigerian television station, NTA as the wooden background crumble during live broadcast.
The incident was as unexpected as it was shocking. The banner, bearing the name “NTA Iroyin”, fell suddenly revealing the green chroma key background typically used for graphic overlays during the broadcast. Viewers were left stunned by the abrupt sequence of events.
In the footage, which has since gone viral, you can hear a voice in the background saying, “Sorry”, presumably the program’s producer.
Following the abrupt incident, a crew member was seen moving onto the set to lift the fallen banner.
