Oko student’s union O.S.U has changed its name to Federation of Oko-Irese student’s Union FOISU .
This is contained in a statement by the President of the Association,Mr.Tijani Saheed.
According to the statement,the development was sequel to the mandatory registration of the Association at the local government which has been effected.
The statement which notes that the association’s grand patron,Oranmiyan of Okoland,Oba Solomon Akinola has given a nod to the new name urges all members to accept the new name in good fate.
