The self-acclaimed African Giant and Odogwu of music, Damiani Ogulu aka Burna Boy has won his first Grammy Award with his latest album, ‘Twice as Tall’.
Burna Boy emerged winner in the ‘Best Global Music Album’ category, the same category he was nominated for in the previous year when he lost to Angelique Kidjo.
‘Twice as Tall’ album was released early last year and proved to be a record-breaking album. The album was directed by P Diddy and featured the likes of Stormzy, Sauti Sol and Chris Martin amongst others.
