The Yoruba Activist, Sunday Adeyemo ‘Igboho’ has reacted to the fire that gutted his old house in Ibadan early today, saying he was not going to blame anyone, until an investigation has been concluded by the men of Police force.
Igboho said he was not in a hurry to blame any individual or group for the awful incident.
He said he would allow authorities to conduct proper investigation before he could decide what to do.
Igboho said his brothers living in the house told him that the suspects came with Vehicles, shoot sporadically while they carry out their operation.
When ask if he’s afraid of the arsonist attack he said never, he reply if they had wanted to attack him they should have come to his house where he’s living.
When asked if that won’t be terrible, he replied it will but to them and not him, adding that if they came to where he was living he would have evidence of them in his compound alive to entertain the press men.
He further speak on Sen Obafemi Ojodu comment on him, and warm that he has never had anything whatsoever with him and if the sees truth in his personal word, he should swear by the God of Iron on his children life, that he Femi Ojodu ever had anything to do with him Sunday Igboho.
He said he has never collected a dime from any Politician and as such he’s not afraid to speak his mind, if there’s anyone of them who want to prove him wrong should come out with evidence.
The only person he has worked with in the past and still hold in high esteem, is his father and former Governor of Oyo State Sen Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja.
“I’m not a Politician they should stop playing politics with the life of my families, is that too much to ask for?” He questioned.
“I cannot blame anyone right now for the attack, not even Fulani people,”
“We have to thank God that nobody was killed, it is more important,”
He also said the attacked property would worth 50 million.
Igboho’s property in Soka, Ibadan was gutted by fire at about 3am today.
He said he moved out of the property about a year ago to a new property also in Soka.
Igboho, real name Sunday Adeyemo, zoomed to national attention after he gave a quit notice to Fulani herdsmen in Igangan, Ibarapa.
