The National Association of University Students (NAUS) has mourn the passing away of ASUU Chairman, TASUED chapter, Dr. Kazeem Rufai.
In a press release by NAUS Director for planning and mobilization, Comr. Emilagba Bashiru Bisoye, he disclosed that Dr. Kazeem passed away lately on Wednesday, 15th of March.
He described late Dr. Kazeem as father, mentor and comrade who will be missed so much in the study community.
He further expressed his condolence greetings to the students, institution and family of the deceased.

It hurts and saddens the leadership of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS, to receive the passing away of our father, a friend, mentor and a gallant Comrade, Dr Kazeem Rufai, ASUU CHAIRMAN, TASUED CHAPTER, in the late hours of Wednesday, 15th of March, 2023.
We know Dr Kezeem Rufai to be a very good mentor to us, a father and a role model, who was loved by all students and every member of the university community.
It is what difference we have made to the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead.” So, as you, the immediate members of his family mourn his demise to glory, do not think you are alone but be rest assured that we truly miss him and also mourn with you.
We offer our sincere condolences to his family, the students of TASUED and the entire university community at large.
