The Association of Southern Nigerian Students Pioneer President, Comrade Edeh Elijah Chinedu has passes vote of confidence on National Association of Nigerian Students led by Revolutionary NANS Leader, Comrade Asefon Sunday Dayo.
The news was disclosed to our our correspondent through ASONIS Chief of Staff, Comr. Ogundele Ebenezer Olukayode. He said recent activities of Comr. Asefon is commendable, especially in respect to relocation of NANS Secretariat to Niger state where Bandits are terrorizing and kidnapping Nigerian students. ASONIS as a progressive students’ association dim it fit to throw weight behind the revolutionary leader of NANS.
Comr. Ebenezer further stressed that it’s very important for the NANS President to redeemed NANS lost glory before his tenure expires.
He also gave assurance that ASONIS will always support and cooperation with NANS President in curbing insecurity in the nation.
The statement in part reads:
”The national president for Association of Southern Nigeria Students – Hon. Elijah Edeh has praised the recent activities of NANS president especially in respect to relocation of its Secretariat to northern Nigeria to tackle insecurities.
”He advised NANS president to use his office to serve students in order to restore the fast dwindling glory of NANS.
”He assured him of ASONIS cooperation in fighting the increasing rate of insecurity in Nigeria.”
