National Association of Nigerian Student’s, Oyo State JCC Axis Condemned Igangan Attack, Seek For Quick Intervention From The State Government to capture and bring to book the perpetrators.
The state Joint Community Committee Axis ably led by Com. Oluwafunmibi Mayowa Opakunle has commiserate with the affected family and resident of Igangan community in Ibarapa Local Government Area.
Incessant attack by herdsmen and unknown gunmen in the community is uncalled for and it has led to loss of property by the resident of the community and has also led to high cost of food commodity in the area which also affect the state at large due to rampant attack on the community farm and also reduction in number of inhabitants due to attack which has grip fear in their mind and has led them to fly to safer community.
Gradually the whole scenario in this region of southwest is going beyond one mans reach.
We hereby urge Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde to call in for urgent action on the repel attacked, because this in no doubt is becoming unbearable and more alarming by some instances. We definitely know you are on with your best but we indulge you to do more before its escalate beyond measures.
